I'm so sorry that I'm having a hard time keeping up with my blogging. I feel like I'm running around with a brush in my hand all the time, but that's what I truly love! Tonight I added this new little 4" x 4" painting to my eBay auctions.
Description from the Bible Concordance: a title of endearment
Bob and Mona have known each other since they were little children. They were neighbors and walked to school together. They started dating in high school and were married not long after they graduated. The two newly weds purchased a little cottage and made it their own where they raised two children and a variety of pets. They know that their "Beloved Lord" has blessed their lives and hope they can be worthy of his grace.
This past week Tammy from Art and Inspirations, sent me this Kreativ Blogger Award. Thanks Tammy! Please check out her blog she is the creative one and I was lucky enough to be a recipient of one of her giveaways.

Hi Catherine, thank you for stopping by my blog and commenting on my cat, Daisy - it's lovely to 'meet' you! Your pictures are beautiful - I love the houses, they remind me of the old houses we used to see in Canada, when we lived there for a while (many yrs ago!). My dream house would be like the one in the movie "Field of Dreams", with a big veranda all around it, and a beautiful view!

Congrats on your well deserved award Catherine! Love the new painting!
ReplyDeleteHi Catherine, this is a lovely little painting...a wonderful story as well.
ReplyDeleteI'm like that too, it is hard I think , when you are an artist and you work from home, to balance life and all you want to do during your day. I include blogging with that. I love to blog and to visit my favorites out there but it does get time consuming and one more thing to fit into a crazy day so to speak.
Keep on painting and showing us all your beuatiful work!!
Ruth

I know how you feel about running round with the brush in your hand - if I'm not sewing at the moment it's because I'm designing a pattern, thinking about fabric combinations - or asleep!
ReplyDeleteChocolate chocolate chocolate!!! Yes!
ReplyDeleteSo...do you like chocolate? Very cute meme.....
