I gave my poor brain a workout today trying to edit Rick's first Go Pro Camera video and then trying to figure out how to get it to transferred to YouTube. I love how his shadow is the star of the show as he creeps around to the front yard with the camera attached to his forehead and tries to find the sidewalk that runs in front of our house.
We got this snow at the first of February and today it is finally melting. It's so hard to believe it can go from all this snow to 60 degrees in a matter of a couple weeks.
Do you think I should hook his camera on my head as I paint?
That was pretty cool! Yes! I'd love to watch you paint.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good idea. We had a about 6 more inches today, no melting to speak of, almost no where to put the piles when we shovel. I think we are in for at least another month of winter here.
ReplyDeleteYou live in a beautiful neighborhood. Your house is gorgeous! And yes, it would be fun to see how you paint via the camera!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see you painting from a bird's eye view. =) Beautiful scene of snow. blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteIt was good to take a walk with shadow-man while staying snug indoors! We haven't had snow in this corner of England all winter... just rain... and more rain... never-ending rain! We used to sell American folk art in the shop we had some years ago, and looking at your incredible art always brings back memories of those times. Hey, perhaps you could hold online painting classes using the head camera?! JJ
ReplyDeleteI have thought about that Jane. I'm going to try it out and see how it looks. I used to have a bracket that hooked to my table to hold a camera, but can't seem to find it.
DeleteGive me a shout if you do manage to get this going... I'd be fascinated :-) JJ
